Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under Indian law. If you access this website from outside India, you are responsible for complying with your local laws to the extent they apply.

Products and photography

Our jewellery is made in 18k gold-plated anti-tarnish brass with a matt finish. Dimensions and weights on a product page are approximate and may vary slightly between pieces.

Each piece is photographed under studio lighting and every screen renders colour differently, so the shade and finish on screen may differ slightly from the piece itself. This is not a defect.

Plated jewellery is not solid gold. Contact with water, perfume, cosmetics or perspiration affects any plated finish over time. Please follow the care guidance given on each product page.

Pricing, GST and payment

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and payment is accepted in INR. All prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax unless stated otherwise.

GST is charged at the prevailing rates in India — 3% on jewellery and 18% on bags. A GST invoice is issued for every order.

We may change prices at any time without prior notice. A change will not affect an order already accepted by us. Discounts and promotions may be offered on selected items for limited periods and prices during those periods are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store card details on our servers.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full where the item is unavailable, where the price or description was stated in error, where payment or the delivery address cannot be verified, where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where delivery is not serviceable at your location.

You agree to give accurate and current information when ordering. Inaccurate information may delay or cancel your order.

Shipping

Within India: standard shipping is free and borne entirely by us.

Express shipping: INR 350 per kg.

International: charges depend on the destination country and PIN code, and are calculated at checkout.

We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delays can occur for reasons outside our control and we will tell you if one arises.

Returns, cancellations and our guarantee

These are set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these Terms. In short: we do not offer exchange or return once an order is placed, damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and we offer a one-year guarantee on plating and repairs.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Restrictions

You may not resell any product bought from this store without our written consent. You may not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, or copy it systematically.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — designs, photography, text, graphics and logos — is our property and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

We do not claim ownership of third-party trade marks, images of personalities or third-party copyright that may appear on the site. Any such content is used for illustrative purposes only.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this store, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this store or the purchase of our products, or for loss arising from a failure to follow the care guidance provided. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Termination and changes

We may terminate your access to the store if you breach these Terms, and we may modify or discontinue any part of the store without notice. We may update these Terms at any time; the version published here applies to your order.

Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000:

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve them within one month.

Governing law, jurisdiction and arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, and may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
